We are located in the Elmwood neighborhood of Berkeley, across the street from the Claremont Hotel. The office is located at the second floor of the Domingo Avenue Shopping Center, above Peet’s coffee.

OFFICE VISIT ESSENTIALS

Please, wear comfortable clothes, athletic clothing works best. Our approach involves testing different muscles and assessments in different positions, tight or firm clothing may compromise our ability to test and affect the quality of your care.

As mentioned, lifestyle coaching and self-care are an essential part of our approach. Make sure to follow our recommendations at the best of your ability. Please, let us know if any of our recommendation is unclear and feel free to reach out for support at any time. We want you to feel comfortable enough to follow through with your self-care, help us help you!

SCHEDULING

You can schedule your appointments through the JaneApp portal on our website. You will find different scheduling options, depending on the stage of care you are booking. To schedule your first visit, select “Book Now” on the top right corner of the homepage. You will be directed to our scheduling app. Please select “Initial Assessment” to book your first appointment.

For your second visit, or any following visit, please select “Regular Visit” on the online portal. In case you felt your condition needed additional scheduled time, please feel free to book a longer visit by selecting “Extended Visit” on the online portal

LAB/IMAGING REPORTS

Please, send any available laboratory or imaging reports from the past three years. Please email these documents to our email ciao@renovo-wellness.com. Providing this information before your first visit will allow us to review your case beforehand and improve the outcomes of the initial exam.

INSURANCE

Please note, we are out-of-network providers so we do not and cannot accept insurance. We can provide coded superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please let us know if you need this option at the beginning of care in order for us to be ready to accommodate. We cannot guarantee the amount of reimbursement you will receive from your insurance carrier.
